✅ Eligibility for Returns

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Opened or used products cannot be returned due to the nature of Ayurvedic supplements (for hygiene and safety reasons).

💸 Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

🔄 Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are only applicable in case of damaged, expired, or incorrect items received.

  • To request an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.

  2. Our support team will guide you through the return process.

  3. Ship the item back to the address provided by our team.

📦 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the product was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • Refunds will not be issued for claims made after the return window or for used/opened products.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy criteria.
